- For teams and leaders

The problem
Why feedback goes wrong
Feedback is essential for learning and improvement, yet it is frequently misunderstood or avoided.
Some people struggle to deliver feedback without sounding critical or confrontational. Others become defensive when receiving it, even when the intention is constructive.
Feedback can also be too vague, too personal or delivered too late to be useful.
What feedback training covers
Participants explore how to make feedback a more effective and natural part of everyday communication. Training covers:
- Understanding the purpose and value of feedback
- Separating observations from assumptions and judgements
- Giving feedback that is specific, clear and constructive
- Choosing the right moment, setting and language
- Listening and asking questions
- Receiving feedback without immediately becoming defensive
- Turning feedback into learning and practical action
Practise both sides
Sessions are interactive, with paired exercises, realistic scenarios, role-play and opportunities to practise both giving and receiving feedback.

Specific, clear and constructive.
